Insaf\u00a0(1996 ) startte met het Apeksha-traject in 2008. Zijn vader is ongeschoold arbeider, zijn moeder stierf tijdens de Tsunami in 2004. Hij heeft een jonger zusje.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Insaf is een serieuze, sociale jongen en koos voor een specifieke beroepsopleiding, namelijk netwerk engineer. Hij bezocht het G\/Sudharma College en volgde voor zijn O\/L examen voorbereidende cursussen voor scheikunde en wiskunde. Zijn resultaten waren zo goed dat hij werd toegelaten op een van de beste priv\u00e9scholen (English stream) in Galle, het\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Richmond_College_(Sri_Lanka)\" target=\"_blank\">Richmond College<\/a>. Daar werd hij meteen in het diepe gegooid: een totaal ander milieu en Engels als voertaal. Hij wist zich prima te handhaven, maakte vrienden en groeide als persoon, maar hij slaagde jammer genoeg niet voor zijn A\/L examen (Mathematics stream). In oktober 2015 begon hij een intensieve opleiding bij\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.greatlakesl.com\/cisco-training\" target=\"_blank\">Cisco Network Engineering<\/a>. In maart 2020 zette Insaf \u2013 net als de andere pupillen \u2013 op verzoek van Henny een korte zelfintroductie op papier.<\/strong><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"275\" height=\"206\" src=\"https:\/\/apeksha.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/275-insaf-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-223\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br>I am Mohamed Insaf. Currently working as a Business Analyst at Orel IT, part of the Orel group. Orel IT is mainly a KPO (knowledge process outsourcing) and BPO (business process outsourcing) company. After my A\/L exam in 2015, I did a CISCO Networking Engineering course for two years. I successfully completed all phases of that.<br><br>I have a passion for website development. I would love to be a freelancer for a longer period of time. To be honest, this is what I wanted to become since I did my O\/L exam. The necessary knowledge \u2013 amongst others SEO (search engine optimization) and WordPress (is one of the most popular, free and opensource content management system solutions) &#8211; I acquired through self-study using the internet. But the revenues were very low. I then took the initiative to build websites completely on my own, without the help of others. About 2 years ago I started this freelance trip. And now I have two websites <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/myikman.lk\/\">Myikman.lk<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/boredbat.com\/\">Boredbat.com<\/a><\/strong>.<br><br>I think it would have been a great success if I could have spent more time on this. But for some personal reasons I had to find a job quickly, which I found at Orel IT. At Orel IT I have had the following positions &#8211; AIP, Quality Checker, Trainee Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst. Eventually &#8211; and I hope not for the last time &#8211; I was promoted to Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, we need to understand the customer&#8217;s needs and have them fulfilled by the production members we supervise. As a Business Analyst, I supervise about 140 production members.<br><br>I hope that I can continue to work in Orel IT for a long time to come. I think this experience will help me enormously in the future. I also hope, where possible, to continue my freelance work. For that, I would have to find a way to combine both my work at Orel IT and freelance work in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M.S.M.
